Been reading Civilization in Transition, Volume 10 of the Collected Works of C.G.Jung, and trying not to argue with MuttleyLaff.

There are 3 types of sundays for me

1. Party sundays; These are sundays that I have events to go for (house parties, brunches, shows)

2. Super sundays; These are sundays where I netflix and chill with my partner and then, football and chill with the guys

3. After party sundays; These are sundays that are spent sleeping due to hungover from saturday

There is a 4th type of sunday but i dont really mention it- "Bleep! TOMORROW IS MONDAY" sunday.

Life is beautiful. When Sunday is a free day to enjoy, I will now enter lagos traffic to attend one church where I will be blasted with bullshite for a minimum of 2 hours.

I have Civilization in Transition, Volume 10 of the Collected Works of C.G.Jung

You intelligently argue and intelligently discuss
but I rather you do the latter with me as opposed the former,
because the former is about exchange of ignorance(s) whilst the latter is about sharing knowledge

It's difficult, muttley, especially when you get stuck on the size of a letter 'g'.

Spent the Sunday pressing my cloths in preparation for Monday, watch premiere league matches right in my room with cold bottles of beer mortuary standard then movies.
That's what I do most Sundays.

Won't sit down for hours listening to "men of god"

I see it your way, but you're unable to see it the bible designated way
You're religiously have a strong feeling of dislike for using the capital letter G in the designated God word.

Ah, what's it about?
It's title says it all really. It was written after the first world war, a period when Europe was transitioning from the 18 Century to the 19 with a completely new outlook. He analyses the psychological tendencies prevalent at the time, the abandonment of religion and the realisation of the turmoil ahead which culminated in the second world war.

Today, by the war, is the 100th year celebration of the end of the first world war. They said, "never again", and it was "again" a few years later.

I do see your way, mutt, and to be honest, moreso than you give me credit for, to the point that I think you lie when you say I don't! It's just not my way.

And I have no problem with a capital letter G god, except I could hardly be saying God when what I'm saying applies to all gods. Here is an example!

Would love to hear how you're getting on with Buddhism. What you reading on it?

After being in such a relationship, I can see where the guy is coming from.

I know an atheist whose wife was a 'cool Christian' and never tried to convert him. That was until she brought home a pastor to talk sense into him. She also donated 3 million to the church. The man in question is a mid level civil servant.

I've been under immense pressure for a year and half now... my dad's been having mental issues (pyschosis)... consequence of long-term depression (he lost two of his kids).

Weed helps me relax, clears my head. I enjoy it... helps me get my mind off stuff and still 'function'.

Anyways, will be seeing a psych myself soon. Been putting it off for so long.
