It's a private establishment and the board has said they will not allow hijab. It is not by force. Muslims should go to Islamic schools. madone: 1 Like |

tamethem: Keep quiet and quit writing like an illiterate that you are. The school was built by missionaries donkey years ago, are the missionaries still managing the school? Isn't it tax payer's money the government use in maintaining the school? Aren't Muslims also tax payers? The school is now a government property and the Muslims have every right to demand for the mosque. While writing this lengthy bigoted comment, you didn't include the part that christian songs are sang on the assembly ground, students are enforced to learn those songs and other christian activities. But this is fine since it fits your narrative and Christianity isn't devlish and selfish Isn't it supposed to be a Government school? Isn't a Government school supposed to be fair to all religions in the land and yes(traditionalists too)? Shove your hatred down your dirty as.shole. Incase you don't know, Christianity is the weapon because it promote violence and terrorism 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Yinkaoso:Stop talking off target, this has nothing to do with muric. I don't support their statements sometimes, this is about Ibadan Muslims not terrorism. Yorubaland is populated mostly by Muslims and hijab is part of the uniform as other countries like US, UK, Canada allow the hijab on uniforms. 1 Like |

This is unfair to the students freedom of religion, Muslim should be allowed to wear hijab, Christians should be allowed to wear scarf, rosary and white garments intact the boys should wear 3quarters and everybody should come to school accordingly to his belief and let the class look anyhow and the teachers unable to identify the pupil because we are the holliest country on earth, this people are gaining momentum because the non Muslim are not fighting for their attire as well, some people just hate peace more of the reasons I hate extremists with passion because they will peg their common sense because of religion, as if waec will award mark for hijab no wonder western education came through the Christian missionaries Because by design and structure Islam contradicts western education Northernerns Muslim say western education is against Islam now Westernern Muslim says the must force Islamic conduts into western education very soon they will be ajitating for separate class for male and female students. 2 Likes |

Sikhs workers don't even wear hard hat for engineering works but their turban. So stop the hypocrisy, you know nothing. 2 Likes |

Ramon92: "'Victimhood chic' is in style on both the right and the left today, among both the rich and the poor. In fact, this may be the first time in human history that every single demographic group has felt unfairly victimized simultaneously. And they’re all riding the highs of the moral indignation that comes along with it. Right now, anyone who is offended about anything—whether it’s the fact that a book about racism was assigned in a university class, or that Christmas trees were banned at the local mall, or the fact that taxes were raised half a percent on investment funds—feels as though they’re being oppressed in some way and therefore deserve to be outraged and to have a certain amount of attention." - Mark Manson Curse of the 21st Century |

Nltaliban: This is the result of what that Rascal called Aregbesola caused. Now these Muslims will be willing to use FORCE to make everyone do their bidding, as they always do in their terrorist mannerisms. What has Religious dressing got to do with Schooling and Study? If you want your child to dress and sleep inside Hijab, take him or her to an ISLAMIC SCHOOL, not an International or Public School. Imagine if every Religion no starts fighting over the right to wear religious garb to school? Are they there to be educated or to become suicide bombers? 1 Like |

ollah2: ![]() See the way you are ranting senselessly. ![]() You claim Baptist Grammar School is now a government school so the Muslims have the right to ask for a mosque. The funny thing about Islam is no matter how highly educated a Muslim is their reasoning faculty is always faulty, including your Professors. Have you heard a news where Christian parents are demanding for a chapel for their Children in a Muslim School before? Despite the fact that these schools are Government schools like you claim. You guys are a Demonic set of Humans. You need deliverance. Your reasoning is akward when it comes to fighting for your religion. Muslims have the right to ask for a mosque in Baptist Grammar school, St. Annes, St Lukes, St. Gabriel, The Apostolic schools etc because this school are run by government now? Your brain must be full of maggots to be reasoning like this !!!! The day Islam and Muslims are no more on Earth , that day will be the beginning of a Peaceful Living. As long as you and your religion still do exist , there will always be war. From Nigeria to Somalia to Iraq to Turkey , Palestine, Egypt. Killing and Maiming with Alau akbar 4 Likes |

ollah2: why should Muslims demand for a mosque inside a school? Is the school an Islamic learning centre? if Muslims demand for mosques inside secondary schools, christians should also demand for Church inside all government schools, so also shrines for Ifa worshipers, Amadioha worshipers and others. The Irony is that in the 80's i attended a federal government school in Sokoto, and non of theses issues ever came up. There were no churches, Mosques or shrines in the school. Every went to worship outside the school. All the churches then was on Ahmadu Bello Way, which was at the centre of town. There was so much religious harmony in the school then. Muslims promote far more violence than any other religion, in fact i can say no and i mean no Muslim dominated country is without violence, with the exception of a few moderate Islamic states like U.A.E, Qatar and Bahrain. 1 Like |

Demmzy15: Another daft extremist on the lose! Hijab is "part' of Uniform! Send yoru children to a solely islamic School, if you wantht he Hijab to be their Uniform, n one will stop you but Nigeria is a secular state and all things that are GENERAL, must have no connotation of Islam or Christianity. It is only foolish extremists that put "religious wears' about learning in public, non denominational schools. How did Hijab help Agfhanistan or Yemen or is it not the same Muslims in Saudi Arabia that are slaughterimng fellow Muslims there? How did Hijab help Borno State to stop the Muslim Suicide Bombers and Boko haram? Nonsense religion and stupid followers 4 Likes |

Demmzy15:So you mean schools should not be allowed to mandate uniforms for its students and everyone should be allowed to dress as they like, according to their religious or social beliefs? Should that apply to schools alone or also all other private or governmental institutions like NYSC, Military, Customs, Police, immigration, etc? 2 Likes |

Daboomb:Dumb flaaathead, Muslim kids are allowed to wear hijab in UK public schools, I challenge your generation to dispute this fact. Muslim women are allowed to wear hijab in the police forces of the UK, Canada, US, Australia and many more. But bigoted Nigerians won't allow it, a country with 100 million Muslims. You people are very stupid, suicide bombers wear suits (I can show a video of an afghan Taliban bomber who blew up a police station in a 2-piece suit), shorts and shirts, and many other clothing- so according to your dumb analogy, we should ban these clothes? Do you even have sense at all? 2 Likes |
