I don't think that's for sure, these guys are becoming more confusing. I received a CIC email message from LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca which is the London office, I was sure that my application is processed in London until I see that the email signature shows

It must end in praise o.... Nothing to be scared or broken about... May/June/July applicants now getting response. It's a 50/50 since it has taken this long. I know I should get mine in about 3-5days since it's Mid-July so expect yours befr the end of the month. A few hours on Yankee embassy line is a far cry to this 2-5months processing time. Is it compulsory to find supervisor before application or the potential supervisor will select students from the pool of applications from my experience, if you are applying for a research based program you need to contact a supervisor before application but if it is course based you do not need to contact a supervisor.
