82% refusal rate for Nigeria applicants for TRV in 2017.

I just saw this on tweet and I feel I should share.

Warm regards quote author=JustMellow post=73265364]

Don't set your mind completely on using part time job for sustenance, it might not work out too favorably as planned because school load alone plus the normal working hour per day/week might not be enough to take care of living expenses but could support it to an extent

Q-life family clinic located at V.I , charges is 28k or IOM ,

28k? the IOM CS in Abuja told me 48k over the phone. When I called for an inquiry. Do you have an idea the reason for the 20k increase?

They are 2 different hospitals with their different charges. Most people go to Qlife cos its cheap, thats why they are already booked till early next year.

Hello house,

I got Passport Request last Tuesday and submitted my passport to the VFS office in Lagos on Thursday.

I applied online and had my biometrics in Abuja but submitted passport to Lagos (this attracted a fee of about N14,380).

My question is this, how long does it take for passport to be ready for collection after submission? And does it take longer due to passport transmission?[/quote]

Hello 123abcclown. Did you pay the money (N14,380) because you are submitting your passport in a different VFS office or its a general fee for the passport submission?

You need to identify the area of research which you are interested. Check different Universities and their faculty (by faculty I mean prospective supervisors) list. Once you find a match. draft a good mail stating your research interest and how it aligns with theirs. Please please do not send a generic mail, take your time and be patient you will get a response. Once you get a supervisor, funding will come thru TA or GA. Good luck

Thank you.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Awuuga: 8:42am On Nov 26, 2018
Yeah. I applied in April, got admitted in July.

Email the school and find out if there are slots open for the summer intake.

Quick question guys, Please is it advisable to submit a visa application 9months before school resumption?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Awuuga: 10:09am On Nov 26, 2018
Yes it is. The earlier, the better. It gives you enough time to reapply if you are rejected and it also helps in situations where the application takes too long like May/June/July applicants this year.

I submitted mine 8 months before resumption.

Good luck.

Good morning Nairalanders,

I pray for open heavens upon each and everyone's, TRV prayers on this forum. Your wait will not be in vain.
God will grant you your heart desires in the mighty name of Jesus.

Habakkuk 2 vs 3: ''For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.''

God is more than able. If He did it for me and mine, He will do it for you in Jesus name. Amen.
Have a TRV filled week.

Goingforward.
