And aliexpress customer service is top notched, they can go extra miles to satisfy you and to make sure you get your refund ASAP. But jumia customer service reps will connive with the sellers to cheat you.
I am done with jumia 4 years ago.

As long as your parcel is not delivered to you, your money will be refunded or the seller will ship a new item to you. You can open dispute to claim your money if your item is not delivered to you.

Sorry its MP4. In fact, just tell them to declare it as gift they will know what to do. Or tell them you want to avoid custom charge cus the custom tax is above your financial capability. They will declare your item as MP4 which will not be more than 33 dollars item.
