The man is not merely complaining that the woman is direspectful. Chances are now that the woman is actually disrespectful. Only few women can handle such wealth.

Have you checked why most m
African men kill their wives in the states. especially the nurses?

Learn the concept of hypergamy.

Men do it too. An average humble man will ne haughty if he suddenly makes money.

More reasons why u need to make the money and remain the head. Full stop

BOSS still depend on your investment strategy and risk appetite! if i had invested same in either ACCESS or Zenith that same year, by now the money would would be almost 4m. Below is the analysis.

zenith with 1.2m will give me 109k units @11(good entry point) then sell at #33 April this yr, it gives #3,597,000 and for access 1.2m will give me 300k units @4 then sell for #13 april this year, it gives #3,900,000 both from 2013 till april this year. I can turn that same money over this pre-election period and double same after the election. so it depends on your risk appetite and the investment terrain you understands and know very well. I bought 2plots of land at isheri osun lagos then @ 200k each in 2005 but lost to omoonile issues so i will rather buy property from the owner and not land pls that is just my own opinion

The pre election stuff got my attention?

Could you elucidate?

Unfortunately, I last made money on the 26th, Monday. Been spending, expecting to make money by first week. But in average, I make money per day and am consoled. My dream is to make 12m per month, looking at a capital of 100m per month and 1.2b capital base. Those that calculates inflation and deflation should continue but for me I will continue TBills till rates drop to 8%

That's a brilliant one...
But what would have to say about the purchasing power of our Naira..?
What if naira depreciates to 450/a Dollar and you have just suscribed a TB of 364 days..?.....what are your likely concern on this..?
Won't it affect the purchasing power of your TB.?
The illustration Below displays my intent..
10,000,000 for 364 days @ the rate of 15%=1,500,000 (excludes the residual bank charge)

Remember,10,000,000 is synonymous to= 10,000,000/364=27,472.53 Dollars(Presently)

10,000,000/450=22,222.22

27,472.53 - 22,222.22=5,250.31

5,250.31 * 450= 2,363,638.49

2,363,638.49 - 1,500,000(tb interest)=862,638.49(loss)
Hence,450-364=96
Naira losts 96 points.
Naira could be Better,Stable or depreciate negatively to the USD!!!!!
What is your take on this..?

Gurus how does one go about investing in tomorrow's primary auction? I mean how to draft instructions to the bank asap.

Previously I've always directed my accounts officer to buy in the secondary market at the bank's rate. All this without leaving my house to the banking hall and I intend to stay in my house today.
It depends on the bank. For some banks you may draft letter while for others you will only fill form. You can go to the bank yourself or call your Accounting Officer to explain the procedure for buying at the primary market.

You will need N50M to buy Tbills in the Primary market...

Secondary market na for us talakawas...and the secondary market can be arranged anytime, anyday and with any amount.
That is not true for all banks. You can invest as little as 100k through the primary market with First bank.

Pls how much interest will 1.6 million invested for 91 days yield at 10.5%?
And how soon can it reflect in one's account that the TBills was successful?

[( PRINCIPAL * RATE * TIME ) / 100] should give you your result. Bear in mind the little charges such as COMMISSION, CUSTODY FEE, TRANSACTION FEE and VAT, applies to the INTEREST.

Hope this helps....

its no easy bruh.

But will you fold you arms and keep your money in the bank instead. That's why I said Buy and Fence, the reason i said fence, its because its a good way to wad off Omoniles.

land dispute/Problematic land can be avoided to a large extent if people took the right professionals to sites before purchase.

Thankfully Omonile lawyer (mod of the property section and property lawyer) here on Nairaland has shared a lot of the tricks they use to sway buyers all for free.

I believe everyone here should read through his threads to learn a thing or two.

Brilliant Analysis buddy, in everything one does TIMING is very impt..$$ now at 364/65 ish at the moment ..With the rate of capital outflow ..One needs to do ur calc very well especially if u are changin forex or u just wanna leave the naira for yr and rollover. ...[ inflation / buying power..that is another topic ]
Crude prices and Ex reserves also a factor here

At the moment i wont encourage any one to change such amt of $ to invest in tbills maybe after election
