zenith with 1.2m will give me 109k units @11(good entry point) then sell at #33 April this yr, it gives #3,597,000 and for access 1.2m will give me 300k units @4 then sell for #13 april this year, it gives #3,900,000 both from 2013 till april this year. I can turn that same money over this pre-election period and double same after the election. so it depends on your risk appetite and the investment terrain you understands and know very well. I bought 2plots of land at isheri osun lagos then @ 200k each in 2005 but lost to omoonile issues so i will rather buy property from the owner and not land pls that is just my own opinion

Previously I've always directed my accounts officer to buy in the secondary market at the bank's rate. All this without leaving my house to the banking hall and I intend to stay in my house today.
