TheresaOjo: Chai people have been complaining about Tugrow and how I wished I saw it all before I patronized him. I'm an importation coach and most times I love to help my people order first in order to avoid them getting low quality products from china. I came to Tugrow August 31 and we reached an agreement, paid into this very unseriousness man's account, September 10 for two people. My brothers and sisters, Tugrow messed me up in Lagos, Tugrow put my life in jeopardy because of his dishonesty. We all know how people get with money, two of my students trusted me with their money and up till now their goods have not yet been completed. For the first order with Tugrow, he delivered only the shoes and 3 pairs of shirts in it leaving 15 wristwatches. The second order, Tugrow delivered 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair of incomplete slippers and till now refused to deliver 2 pairs of wristwatches, speakers and earphones. I was beaten up because of this wicked man. Tugrow stopped picking my calls, he has lied on so many accounts telling me, battery goods are not included in cargo which is a big lie. Those that imports into the country will laugh at this; since when did wristwatch and earphones not allowed to be imported? Later on he told me another lie saying customs seized the goods, and I was even happy because I have a brother in customs that can help. I told Tugrow to let me call my brother, he ran away o people, that was when I found out he was lying.
He charges exorbitantly always lying that shipping increased, after him I have shipped cargo at 4.7 dollars and the now 5 dollars because it's really expensive now, Tugrow is charging like he has no heart.
@tugrow you disgraced me allowing people to think I'm a thief, i lost my credibility because of you, I refunded money that I never I spent, I was put in a cell because of Tugrow and he did not pick my calls all through.
God almighty will judge you @Tugrow. I am just a young woman trying to make it in lagos but I regret ever knowing and doing business with you.
I'm waiting for you to come and say I'm lying I wonder how I did not see so many complaints here about you. People please make sure you do extensive research before you do business with anybody. That's all I can say for now and thank you for reading. do you know you can be sued for libel? I know tugrow personally and I can beat my chest that tugrow can never scam you. This is someone that pays my suppliers in China before I even send cash to him. Importation coach and you don't know some shippers have issues with battery goods? Choice logistics as big as they are would not ship liquid goods and they charge higher for battery goods. If you have issues with him there are serveral ways to sort it out instead of coming online to tag him a scammer. Tugrow has an office address and number all over the net, reaching him should not be an issue except of course you were not being reasonable. If your aim is to tarnish an honest mans image online, you have failed already. |

This is Alfred from Tugrow Procurement and Logistic Company I work with him day and night and I've never heard this from anyone.. This Very batch of goods was held by custom cause of some liquid prohibited items we shipped with those goods.. We have lot of our clients whose items went through the same shipping batch and are yet to receive them too but I haven't heard them tag Tugrow scam.. For what na?? That he went away with your money?? Of course Tugrow do refund back money when your items said be "OUT OF STOCK, OR "TRANSACTION CLOSED" By the seller.. That your goods delayed doesn't mean we've scammed you.. Thanks |

This is what i was expecting to hear both party story and not judge from one side of the story. Tugrow what was your response when she said she has a brother in custom (not compulsory u answer)
TheresaOjo is it true that you threaten his life with soldiers? if that statement is true, it is bad and i am not in support of it cos this is business
Tugrow pick calls and attend to customers needs cos that alone gives hope and calm to the party involve cos anything money fit cause trouble. Good client/customers relationship is important in business
In conclusion it is case of delay by custom and i hope custom release the goods asap. you guys still have biz to do, so no fight, apologise to each other, settle this amicably and do biz together |

Now shipper don't have full control over shipping, some time unpleasant things do happen, watches go through Hong kong, of recent after Chinese holiday, Hk goods become so slow, and that batch of shipment was with customs we had about 40 clients goods that was affected in that batch, her goods that was non- battery was delivered to her since, I talked to her, she did not understand me, they fact here is that we need to wait as we are still awaiting customs to release those goods... In the line patients is key to survive, that why you will see people be writing all kind of things about shippers because the don't understand what is going on the system , so issues with custom or delayed CANNOT be controlled by the shipper... We need to wait sooner the goods will be released..
If the goods are being delayed, you owe it to the client to patiently explain the situation. Did you read the part where she reported that a client of hers, a Soldier, was irritated at her for delaying his goods? Did you at any time offer to speak to this Soldier on phone to pacify him and explain the true situation? She did mention that she has a brother who is a Custom Officer and can assist if the goods being delayed is from the side of the Nigerian Customs. Did you accept this offer? Transparency in business is what keeps it going. if indeed, the goods are being held up by the Nigerian Customs, why not accept her offer to see how it pans out. It is frustrating when some of her goods did not come through and you did not help matters via regular communication with her. How can someone entrust you with her money for a business deal and you failed to regularly answer her calls whenever she needed an update. She also has evidence of chats for this business deal. This is festive period there is always delay in delivery of goods and its apply to all logistics company not tugrow alone because of customs issues in shippment of goods imported to the country. Regarding the battery goods I will advice you call him and talk to him.I know of some shipping company that will bill you higher if 1 single wristwatch is among your goods because of that wristwatch they will call all your goods battery goods. I understand you but why not talk to him directly instead of spoiling his image because its not good at all. |
