Nice one, Sanctity454 Rochas just embarked on countless projects not minding that resources are limited Hopefully, I will stop by in Owerri this December to inspect some of his projects...I'm particularly interested in the centenary towers, Douglas Road, the new mall inside Ekeonuma and the new parking lot 1 Like |

SoNature: Went to Owerri for an Emergency meeting, lo, what I saw was superb and unbelievable.... I dislike Rochas based on character and his associates... His works are so neat and clean.... Tho, I saw spoilt roads, but notwithstanding, I give rochas a 79% rate.... The parking lot is real...... My captures were unprofessional, but I had to, to encourage "Our Photographers in the house.... 2 Likes

Ifiokumo: Got to consider budget and cost evaluation, available capital, I dig bro, you advocating value for money. Yeah the kinda architecture that makes you wanna lose your breathe like you really gonna asthma, The kinda styles that wiggle bubbles like the dingdong of a pendulum scale The kinda touch that makes a ship do a capsize, The kinda stuff that make flygerian watch over flying birds, More like the kinda toast that sweeps chewing gum gyals off their feet, Check out hall7 projects in some estates in Abuja, Got dough, be baking fresh bread outta oven for dem ex- nnpc workers.
