Of all the communities in Nigeria, Yorubas have the strongest traditional institutions. An attack in Tinubu or Akiolu is a direct attack on traditional institutions in the SW, these institutions have never been more in sync with the Yoruba elite and middle class as they are today and that's why you'll always elections.
