If pep after selling players of lesser values still had a much more greater netspend(i am talking of 100m+)(airmark's the source) than his chelsea counterpart,it only means city's transfer budget is greater than that of chelsea or chelsea just signed the cheapest option that they could manage.I favor the former.and we all know pep didnt sell yaya n co to raise funds for "transfer budget".

So because for e.g Peter Crouch has a HEIGHT (not tallness or shortness) talent advantage does not mean he is more talented than Messi. If we were to list out all Messi's talents, I surmise he would have more talent than every other player in world football.
