Y.We can't copy what's happening in South Africa and do it in Tanzania, we won't afford the costs.In south Africa any child can burn a school or whatever, but in Tanzania we won't afford to rebuild the same facilities twice.

In developing nations like ours,a bit of dictatorship isn't too bad as long as its for development purposes.That helps to save time and costs.It was done in Singapore under Leew keun,its happening in Rwanda too! Even the Chinese are doing it.

Just one or two battles.The most notable resistance against the attempt to impose colonial rule were mounted of course by Ethiopeans.They were the only country to defeat European powers and avoid colonial rule.Somalis also fought a long resistance.The kenya nandis fought the British for 10yrs.The nandis tenacity and fighting spirit is why they dominate middle & long distance globally winning the hardest sport Marathon in every city in the world like it was nothing. The next of PHASE of struggle was the fight against colonoliasm around mid 1950s..and Kenya MauMau with nothing but courage took the Brits on for nearly 10yrs and inspired many other armed resistances in Africa including ANC.Nigeria barely resisted in 1880s and Brits left their country without a fight in 1960s.And looking back they were right..the zoo was not worth it.The most farcical resistance were waged by the lazy cowards TZ called Maji Maji or water water where they attempted Juju and were felled like trees by the Germans.
