The Tanzanian movie industry is based in Dar es Salaam - a Swahili city, the movie industry in Kenya is based in Nairobi which is more cosmopolitan (though Mombasa has quite her share). Has it ever crossed your mind that majority of those Tanzanian artists are from dar es salaam? Which means they speak the same? Coastal Swahili in Kenya and Tanzania sounds the same. Try videos of coasterians from both countries. You can't tell the difference.

The oil really spoiled things for us especially the core north which neglected everything and dragged the rest of Nigeria down in terms of development stats. If we could still beat a relatively small united country like Kenya in some consumption index such as cement consumption per capita, vehicles per 1000 citizens, and others in spite of the large and backward core north, then Kenya has a serious problem. But I am sure there is no turning back from developing other sectors of our economy now that oil revenue is no longer what it used to be. We should do this to avoid bias. Post pictures of current first and second ladies of the president, deputy president, governors and their deputies. That way there won't be bias. As you know people don't vote in beauty and the women would be representative of the entire country in both cases. I can easily drive you nuts with carefully selected cute ladies from Kenya that I know of but it's well known that a typical society has averages in plenty alongside extreme beauty and ugliness in between. You can start with the most beautiful first and finish with the ugliest or vice versa or be random. We want to settle this thing once and for all.

Most hinterland Tanzanians don't speak Swahili as Kenyans.Tanzanians are more fluency.There are many factors which led to that.

In a single sentence we say Tanzania as you put it is more "swahilized" than Kenya.just imagine..

There is no print media or any broadcaster who uses a language apart from English and Swahili.While in Kenya you have Kikuyu,jaluo etc being used in media

Under Nyerere socialism policies,all rural people were forced to form villages. Some they were forced to form villages with different tribes.So Swahili became the only language to communicate

Up to this day, its awkward for a Tanzanian to speak a tribal language in public.its like a taboo,while in Kenya a dude can speak his Kikuyu in Nairobi

Tanzania's primary schools uses Swahili,while its English in Kenya.

Even the blind can see the differences. Kazikazi has made himself clear times without number. You cannot compare Tanzanians most of whom now speak swahili as their first and only language with Kenyans who also speak their native languages very well.

Can you compare the Hausa spoken by people in Katsina state (native speakers) with the hausa spoken by people in Taraba (non native speakers)?
Just the same way native Hausas and Hausanized people who have abandoned their native languages for Hausa speak far more beautiful and fluent hausa than someone from Adamawa who was born speaking fulani or Bachama but learnt Hausa later on. There can never be a comparison.

Kenyans so desperately want Tanzanians to be classified just like them, but it just wouldn't work.
