In your case u argue u practically built your own cities from scratch. However, Nigeria has some of the lowest levels of access to quality (even basic) healthcare, education, social welfare, etc.

Where did you see in my post I emphasized on building 'World class city?

I said world class infrastructures and that was the reason I used building of universities as an example.

Off course, we did built world class cities like Abuja, Eko Atlantic and Lagos but that is just part of the fraction of infrastructures on ground.

However, how do you improve human development without infrastructure?

The point still remains that those infrastructures were already put in place before you augment on them. It's as simlple as that and you can't deny this pure undiluted fact.

Nobody said you should waste public funds to build cities because we all know there was no need for that since it was already on ground.

Unfortunately, the impression given by you and what you want us to believe is that you did everything without any outsiders assistant. That is not true.

Nevertheless, I acknowledge you have improved on the infrastructures on ground afterwards. Do you get the gist?
