Lionheart 5/10

- No suspense
- No thriller
- No comedy
- Unfamiliar language with no subtitles
- Poor storylines
You are on point. Had to fast forward the Igbo part

Bird cage abi bird box

First off, there can be no happy ending. What is to stop the crazies from busting the blind school/orphanage at the end?

Secondly, there is no way in hell you can drive a car in a littered road with only sensors when everyone is blind. The sensors would be overused and useless because it would sense everything around it. The road was littered. With cars, bodies and trash.

Also, the black guy felt like a rapist. Watch the film again and see how he was always asking Sandra bullock jamb questions and staying very close to her (before she gave him green light by allowing him to touch her belly). Pervert. What is sweeting the guy in touch a pregnant woman's belly. A woman he did not impregnate.

Sandra bullock did not lose her pregnancy in the car accident with her sister.

Rowing a boat down a stream or river is difficult with both eyes. Now, I'm to believe it was done while being blindfolded? Lol...and also, hearing is impaired once one enters water.

Then there is the ridiculous monsters that remained mysterious throughout the film. WHICH OTHER MONSTER FILM HAVE YOU SEEN THAT NOTHING ABOUT THE MONSTER WAS REVEALED? WE DIDNT SEE THE MONSTERS. THE ONLY THING WE KNOW IS THAT YOU COMMIT SUICIDE IF YOU SEE THEM AND CRAZY PEOPLE ARE ITS MINIONS.

The worst part of the movie is that it is a copied concept. Copied from the quiet place and a shimalayan movie that I cannot remember.
Book!

So many flaws.

I don't want to watch Lionheart and rate it low because I don't understand Igbo. Please of someone gets hold of the subtitle kindly indicate. Thanks.

The woman has had three children and that is her fourth labour, so she knows what to expect, which is why she was able to control herself to a large extent. Don't forget that when it became unbearable she screamed, but thankfully at the moment when her family was close by.
you mean she gave birth to all her kids under same circumstances
Okay what about the build up to the pregnancy grin, the husband had sex with her by activating silent mode

Since we are pointing out Plot holes, here is a few of mine from BIRDBOX.

1.The most glaring of all the plot holes was why the survivors with a radio kept reaching out to people and sharing their location knowing fully well the crazy survivors could come and bombard their location?

2.The second biggest plot hole was when the boat capsized and the children were able to survive, and am like, when did they have time to learn to swim? Did the compound they were holed up in have a swimming pool? Did she teach them in the river? A panicked 5-year old would succumb to the rapids

3.Also, I'm not buying the whole (lets paint the windows and drive there completely blind) narrative. How am i supposed to believe that the group navigated the apocolyptic ruins with zero visibility, while making use of a GPS? really??.... Come on..

4.How did the monster choose certain people to spread the suicidal tendencies?

5.Before knowing their capabilities, why did Sandra Bullock prioritize saving three birds in the midst of a mass suicide event?

6.How did Trevante Rhodes manage to keep such a defined six-pack over the course of five home-bound years?

7.So the scene were Sandra Bullock had an accident with her sister, she falls belly first to the ground & surprising, the baby survived at that stage of the pregnancy...come on, who are they kidding??.. The impact of that fall alone, should have shattered the bulged stomach alone, not to talk of fetus surviving.

1. Could but they didn't. Hitler could have gone on with his life but he didn't and the Holocaust happened.
2. They didn't swim. They tried to stay afloat.
4. What do you mean by choose certain people? This is not Venom oo where a symbiote chooses a host o. As far as you are human it affects you. The people it did not affect were the mentally unstable as said in the movie.
5. She didn't prioritize it. Westerners are more fascinated with animals than we are. She probably just took the birds without thinking or because she liked them.

7) She didn't land belly first in the accident. She had her seat belt buckled on. When the vehicle comes to a stop on the roof, we see her crawling out with her hands first after presumably unbuckling herself.

6) Trevant is an ex soldier so he must definitely have a fitness routine

Keep finding faults o, una hear?

2.They tried to stay afloat you say, in that kind of aggressive rapids, with a blindfold to their eyes, with little or no swimming experience & they stayed afloat & survived....come on, me myself, who can't swim, if I were to be dropped in a calm swimming pool, I wouldn't survive it, talk more of blindfolding my eyes and dropping me off in a dangerous rapid... Staying afloat is like the first thing you learn in swimming and don't tell me it was survival instinct because at that particular scenario they'll definitely panic thus drowning is inevitable.

4. So those people who were armed & drove about in groups in a coordinated fashion hunting down survivors were also mentally unstable right.. The group that attacked Trevant do they seem mentally unstable to you.

5. You are quite funny, they went out to get supplies and as she saw the birds she became fascinated & had the urge to pick a pet, in the midst of what was happening. If you are familiar with the concept of Need, Want & Opportunity Cost, you would understand that what she did by picking the birds & forgoing any other thing she could have picked was opportunity cost, which definitely makes the birds a priority to her.

Lol at the bolded.

it wasn't actually the accident, I meant when she was pushed down in the midst of the chaos, Haba!! analyze that scene na, (i myself literally shouted while squeezing my face when it happened) a pregnancy as big as that ought to have been aborted immediately by that fall.

An 8/10 obviously.

The movie was interesting and flawless as well.

Its basically not a cliche but we're tired of seeing all these blackwhite supremacy stuffs.

2. Have you been dropped in water before and you drowned? If not then you have little or no opinion on this.
4. I don't know why those people did not die. I am not the writer of the movie. There is something called creative license. Meaning they could do whatever the fúck they wanted with the story.
5. LOOOOOOOL. So, there is a chance of the world being annihilated and you start remembering Adam Smith and John Nash and game theory and all that stuff abi. Dude she just liked the birds take it like that. They were not an additional burden to anybody. The characters in the movie did not complain na you dey help them complain.

A Quiet Place 5/10
Utterly disappointed with the action in this movie. It gets a five for the family bond.
Where do I start, the fact they were printing papers (factory should be noisy) instead of fighting these monsters or the fact it took 1hr 22mins for someone to have a shot at the monsters? In here we have the weakest azz monsters, their strength sharp claws, sound sensory and very fast (which is also a weakness, run up get done up you know what I mean). Other than that these suckers are blind, huge advantage to humans, you would have all the time in the world to get a shot at these monster albeit more will come your way. Also the fact it would seem these humans are preparing for the tracks with their constant running means making a sound don't guaranteed you're a goner so why dafuq is no one hunting these creatures? Simple case of make a cage, make a sound get them suckers in and you and your mates will have a field day hunting.

I understand that igbo language was generously used in the movie.

Now let's say 50% of the dialogue is in igbo and English takes the rest.

You are rating a movie 8/10 for understanding 50% of the plot?

It is too early in the year for this na cheesy

Just stop finding faults and enjoy the movie, friend. I noticed a few things myself but I didn't let it spoil it for me. Sometimes you shouldn't look too closely otherwise it will distract you from enjoying the movie
