The food looks so yummy most especially d ox tail and drumsticks.
The first time I saw d uncleaned beef tripe was when I shared a cow with a group of friends. It was exactly like in the pics below. By the time I cleaned it as described I got the nice looking honeycomb shaki(beef tripe). I can't imagine eating without cleaning with hot water. But then it's because we know...
Wetin u no know, nor dey kill as my mum would say...

Some part of the cow intestines look like that even after cleaning with very hot water and salt. Remember they are ruminants. They have about four stomachs I think. One part does look like that.

I won't disagree, I avnt seen it all but I will explain d little I know about the ruminant animal stomach.
All ruminants have a big stomach sac with 4 compartments namely the Rumen,reticulum,omasum and abomasum. They are all part of this one stomach.However due to their functions, the 4 compartment differ in textures. The feed processed in them which eventually turns to waste is what gives d color we see before they are cleaned up.

Whao! Good job. That's a lot of cooking.
I would eat all items except the beef tripe soup.
It looks different from what I'm used to.

Usually, u get the raw tripe with the dirty look from the butchers. See picture 1. Then you drop it into a big pot of boiling water and use a knife to peel off d dirty brown part like u peeling off fish scale. The final product is usually neater like in picture 2.

U can try that a next time if ur procedure was different from what I described.

Personally, I think the ipad and watch are way better. But I might be wrong.....I am not really an iphone fan. Iphone 5 had the best camera (personally). I prefer Huawei pro and Samsung phones say I want a samrtphone with good camera.
