The flash was delayed because Ezra Miller also has a key supporting role in “Fantastic Beasts 3” another WB project.
The third film in the franchise begins shooting in July, which would cause scheduling headaches.
The Flash film is now expected to commence production in late 2019. That likely means it won’t debut in theaters until some time in 2021.

I believe JL2 and MoS will still happen. Wait till after WW1984 comes out, then WB will announce them.

They have prominent franchises with them.
