Yes the whole census exercise might cost us about 200 million USD.Satelite imagery and mobile technology will also be used making it more accurate and fast.Most of the cash would be used in paying of the staff conducting the exercise and running of the various technologies like Satelite Imagery that can also tell the number of residential homes in a certain town or village!
