He's a vacation judge, he has no jurisdiction to determine d case. On another page, Hope APC is not using EFCC to get a permanent forfeiture of d money to be used for their campaign
Why not we will return it with interest after the election.

...and you still believe it is legal for a bank to transport $2.8million in cash through two unknown individuals without any legal supporting documents and or licenses. I can also tell you, it's the same bank insider that blew the whistle and got paid the whistleblower commission.

Our penchant for supporting illegality is alarming. Kudos to EFCC for her courage and professionalism.

Stop typing nonsense like a 1st year dropout of an unapproved Faculty of Law in a backwater University.

The application before the court was for temporary forfeiture and not determination of the suit. I don't know if they should translate this article into your native language before you can understand it.

must u display ur stupidity here and there. this is a new year. Go and borrow small sense. half education is deadlier than none.

Bingo, it's an order for interim forfeiture, not determination of the suit.

That money is exhibit, it won't be released. You can go hang yourself on your father's palm tree for tapping palm wine if it pains you.

What type of "legal supporting documents and or licenses" was d bank supposed 2 have to enable d 2 "unknown individuals" carrying d cash? Who was supposed to b in possession of "legal supporting documents" as at d time d cash was being transported?

Yes o. Nigeria money is missing. That is why for 16 years under PDP, Nigeria has not been able to generate enough electricity, our roads are in deplorable condition, our hospitals are ill equipped, total decay of our infrastructure, companies folded up etc.
Yes, Nigeria money is missing.

I knew that money was dirty. That means Union Bank has not been able to come up with concrete evidence the money wasn't being laundered. Good job EFCC.

It's just an order of interim forfeiture, pending the determination of the case. Judgement has not been given yet. Let's make efforts to reason intelligently. Not everything is propaganda.
You talked about talking intelligently but fail to reason with the fact that the money won't have been forfeited in anyway at all if the owners have come out and explained the source in anyway.

The court can only grant any sort of forfeiture at all when the owners don't come out. Do you honestly think efcc would have gone to court all out if they knew they erred in their judgment and the money was legal as you and your cohorts would have us believe?
