You gat no sense. It only in parts of Nairobi Eastlands - where you don't have paved roads - otherwise in 90% of Nairobi - you are not allowed to subdivid or build without connecting to a sewer, paving the road and etc. I think you're really got stuck in eastlands - and nairobi metro - where most roads are not paved. Nairobi proper has nearly all it's road paved. Excluded unplanned estates mostly in Nairobi east.

yes some of the roads are heavily pot-holed - south c & kileleshwa - could do with some paving.

And even in eastland - it greatly improved - I think soon about 100% of Nairobi roads will be paved - this year they are paving or repairing 600kms of roads mostly in the neglected eastlands.

Pleasure park,PH city is a world class park that blew my mind

if Nairobi is truly developed, why didn't he show the major roads, the bridges and flyovers,the solar powered streetlights,the drainage systems, the supermarkets etc in low class place in Nairobi.

This is simply because about 80 % or more of Nairobi is in the rural state. Most of the views were just like roads of villages and abandoned towns without any thing busy.

A place like Iyana ipaja,Abule Egba has world class infrastructure
