As at 2019, when pump price is 145 and bag of rice is 18,500 Buhari's 15 million votes has declined to roughly 12-10 million as suggested by his cronies. That means 3 million voters not counting those that have been disappointed by the APC have moved to the PDP and other parties. PDP will get nothing less than 15 to 20 million votes out of the 80 million eligible voters.
