dane15: "As of May 1, 2018, all original documents, including passports, must be submitted via the VAC. Please see: http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/ and follow the instructions under the “Passport Transmission Services” section. " The above info is written on the PPR letter. So, I don't think you can submit your passport via any other route except VAC 3 Likes |

nelronaldo: I don't think so. I think your work experience has to be AT LEAST one year of CONTINUOUS work in any NOC under 0, A or B. So far, the longest you've had is 11 months. 1 Like |

ECA by ICES Made Simple - Step by Step Guide to evaluating your credential 1. Create an account on their portal https://icesonline.bcit.ca/ices/ and obtain your ICES BCIT Client Number. 2. Have copies of your documents in PDF format (maximum file size 5 MB) 3. These files include a. Colour scan of valid identification (Driver Licence, International Passport) b. Colour scan of transcripts (if available) c. Colour scan of certificates, degrees, or diplomas 4. Choose “Regular (Standard) Evaluation Service” 5. Complete the “Add your Credential” form 6. Upload your PDF files to respective placeholders provided 7. Make payment via your Nigerian bank (debit) cards (don’t worry about the warning that you can’t pay with debit cards) 8. The first status on your dashboard after submitting your document and payment is SUBMITTED. It will however change to RECEIVED when your official transcript is acknowledged as received (either via postal mail or email). Finally, it will change to COMPLETE when your ECA is ready (12 weeks estimated processing time from when your status becomes RECEIVED) Note: Include your ICES BCIT Client Number as part of your personal details for your transcript ICES do not require O’level (WAEC or NECO) certificate to evaluate your post-secondary credentials Convert your JPG file to PDF using https://jpg2pdf.com/ or https://smallpdf.com/jpg-to-pdf Best wishes. 33 Likes 26 Shares |

I think it is almost there. It is generally advised that your JD should match 70-80% of the NOC's duties. I think you should flesh it up to like 7 bullet points. Some suggestions: a. Why don't you split: Supervise/inspect craftsmen and technicians during mechanical systems setup and installation? Let supervision of craftsmen and technicians be separate from monitoring of installation projects. b. "Monitor vibration levels of mechanical systems and structures" is so vague. Looks like you just edited the NOC. efeklvn: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Good evening. Please I need help clarifying my NOC code, it's so confusing. I'd appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction. I filled the wrong NOC pre-ita, I need to get it right this time before I submit. My JD is below: I have seen 1212, 0122 and 1114 I can't seem to narrow it down. · Resolve customer complaints and enquiries in a timely fashion within the stipulated turnaround time to customers’ satisfaction. · Process outbound and inbound foreign currency remittances on the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT) platform. · Issuance of foreign currency drafts. · Foreign cheques processing and payment · Review records of daily transactions on customer accounts to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards during processing. · Regulatory reporting: Daily, weekly and monthly reports on qualifying transactions to financial activity monitoring agencies. · Train new staff on the use of banking applications, prioritization and time management skills. · Ensure appropriate documentation and filing of transaction records. · Cross-sell the bank’s products and facilitate banking relationships (new individual and corporate accounts), mobilize deposits and promote the use of electronic banking platforms. · Negotiate and effect interbank foreign currency swap arrangements. Thank you in advance. |

You can invest your money in treasury bills quite alright. However, the amount you say you have isn't up to what you need as a single applicant so I don't really get your question. Greatkhad: |

Good evening all WES sent me a mail last week Wednesday that documents have been sent back to my School for verification but when I checked with the School on Friday, they said they've not seen my mail, that I may have to wait for the hard copy sent by post. -Please has anyone experience this (School not receiving WES mail) before? -Please does anyone have an idea of how long it takes for the hard copy sent via post to get to Nigeria? |

Note: Include your ICES BCIT Client Number as part of your personal details for your transcript ICES do not require O’level (WAEC or NECO) certificate to evaluate your post-secondary credentials Convert your JPG file to PDF using https://jpg2pdf.com/ or https://smallpdf.com/jpg-to-pdf Best wishes. [/quote] Good day, thank you for the information on ICES ECA processing. However, I need a little clarification on this. I read on ICES website that some countries have specific requirement in which WAEC/NECO/GCE were mentioned for Nigeria. Please confirm if this does is not compulsory for a post secondary certificate holder. Thank you in anticipation Thank you 1 Like 2 Shares |
