No no no.The special forces don't work that way.Tanzania special Forces went to Congo to destroy M23 rebels.They moved out of Congo long long time ago.We then deployed normal soldiers who are stationed in Congo as we speak.You can't keep a special force for too long in one mission in same area.

In most cases,you can deploy special forces for a single operation which lasts for hours or few days! That is what happened to M23 rebels.Our special forces worked for few days and moved out.
