Sirjamo:If only you could read you would have wept for the level of poverty in the North after they got those allocations. Show me what Zamfara, Kebbi, Yo be, Katsina did with their huge allocations. Need I remind you that they used it to marry more wives for the poor masses then invest the remainder for themselves and family.
