“Our aim is to protect the exalted office of the CJN. The CJN must not sit in the dock on Monday, because doing such will demystify that office"

Demystification of office is NOT a more important concern than Dispensation of justice. Demystification of the rule of law is a latent effect of this move AND it is the real danger here, NOT the so called demystification of office which these legal profession imbeciles and scallywags are claiming to forestall. Their line of argument is profoundly pedestrian, disingenuous, troubling, suspect, utterly dishonorable and outrightly egregious. Prioritizing the prevention of demystification of office over the promotion of the rule of law is akin to recognition and preservation of sacred cows. Nigeria is not a sacred cows constitutionality but a supremacy of law polity. These provocative insult against the sovereignty of the nation's constitution must be robustly resisted, condemned and decimated by all. Instanter.

I’ve followed you on this particular topic from beginning, I must confess that you say too much without putting a thought behind your words.

For you not to know the big deal in a whole CJN being docked means that you’re either naive or just lacking shame. By docking him, all the reputation he has worked for all his life is soiled - if he has any sense of pride. It seems you are like Atiku and Saraki, two of the most daring thieves in the world. They have no shame in mouthing their nefarious ways.
And if he ends up been acquitted will his reputation be intact?
Did Saraki lose his reputation by been docked at the CCT? Did Tinubu lose his reputation by been docked

Resigning at this stage or indictment at the NJC is the only issues that will taint his reputation.Resignation now will taint his reputation as that will mean admission of guilt.

That Saraki’s smartness has now been exposed to be this Onnoghen who cleared him. We now know that he most likely did that because he knew he has his own garbage. A corrupt judiciary can’t be expected to do justice to a hopelessly corrupt Saraki.
Exposed by whom? Are you dumb? Did you even bother following the case? The EFCC witness Mr Wetkas in Saraki's case was a disaster for the prosecution.

Why can't these man resign. Why is African so stubborn until they are disgraced.
He has to sit in the Dock. He is not above the Law. If he doesn't want to sit in the dock he should resign. When he was frolicking with the enemies of Nigeria in Dubai, he was happy. He should face the bullets now.

These people are mad. Mr President I am warning you in advance, anything short of Onnoghen appearing in the Dock on Monday will cause you to loose my support.

What do Olanikpekun and his three man committee mean? Now I know the reason why they were set up by the NBA to interface with the Executive as reflected in their NEC meeting resolution.

Why the initial IGG?

Would like to know all recent cases presided on by this CJN - I have a feeling that's where all this is headed. Hope Tanko has the balls to have them revisited.
or it coming cases ?

Why are his lawyers running up and down for soft landing asking he should be allowed to resign, if it’s not an indication they know he’s guilty?

Why would Saraki resign when he banked on Onnoghen and Mary Odili at the apex court? Remember he lost at the Appeal Court. Onnoghen is a goner. I wonder how he rose to the position of the JSC. He lacks tact and excellence.

PaChukwudi44:

Yeah some of them said " how can a sitting senate president be undergoing trial" " he ought to resign" .Saraki was smart enough to ignore all their gimmicks

Your comment was very dumb. What was the correlation between this case and the Saraki trial? Was Justice Onnoggen the only judge who adjudicated over the Saraki trial?

I wonder why you people keep mentioning Mary Odili!!Is it merely because she is married to a former Governor?
I can as well say Saraki lost at the appeal court because the president of the court of appeal is married to an APC member.

Justice Onnoggen will only be sacked in your dreams.

Tabar smoker spotted here.
If he is eventually docked for criminal offences he admitted to have committed, it will go down into history record that a man of high reputatiin going by his profession and the sensitive seat he occupied betrayed our collective trust , made a mockery of the judicial body and sent to jail on account of stealing under pretence
