I really don't understand what they are up to. How can they apply for TRV without offer letter being signed by the applicant where on earth do they do that. These people are behaving suspicious could it it be there was no job offer letter I the first place

The whole process seems complicated, though one of my friends was asked to provide proof of fund of which he did and it was confirmed and approved after which he was asked to provide his police clearance certificate and he has sent that but yet to receive confirmation of the police clearance. The reason why i said it seems complicated is that one other applicant i got to know through nairaland has gotten to visa application stage but its strange that she did not see her job offer letter or any contract and they are processing TRV(Temporary Residence Visa) for her.

How will someone be traveling with a TRV and not have your signed contract verified, no proof of work permit or positive LMIA.

Anyway we are watching, lets see how she lands.

Still on ooo. My guys and I were as to fill a form to switch to inland arranged employment package sometime a month ago due to unconfirmed LMIA and delays. That has been done and not update till date. Our application was logged March 2017. It’s taking forever.

Any information on inland arrange employment from people that was requested they fill the form? Has any one gotten any positive results so far?

We are still on visa stage, I submitted all my documents and according to the agent he said the documents has been sent to their partners abroad (ELB), that we should be expecting biometric invitation soon. This happened February. I'm still waiting to be invited for biometric although, they said it's likely to take between 1to5 months for decision to be made regarding the visa application by CIC.
