Olodo, learn to read. INEC says they have not yet met to consider the appeal court ruling concerning the Rivers APC issue. When they meet, they will look at the ruling, which is clear and unambiguous, and reinstate APC into the election. Nothing will stop APC from kicking Wike out of office.

Because it is affecting APC now, the PDP will not call it witchhunting or tyrany. Whenever a ruling affects the PDP, they will start crying wolf.

Don't mind them. Let's see how INEC will not obey the court ruling from appeal for stay of execution on earlier judgement from FHC.

INEC will tell us if appeal court and a federal high court is of equal jurisdiction.

. There is a valid court of appeal judgement which is before the supreme, nullifying Congresses and also declared all the primaries null and void. Stay of Execution here means APC will be on the Ballot incase the supreme court judgment favours any of the factions and has nothing to do with current stay of execution which is not a judgment, therefore, your jurisdiction here doesn't apply

I watched the INEC guy on Channel he said they are waiting for a copy of the Judgement from court, ones the get it they will effect the changes.

Let's assume INEC wants to enlist APC...who will be there?? Becos if I am not mistaken, there is a battle between Tonye Cole and Magnus Abe.

Ideozu Osinakachukwu of Rivers west decamped because PDP won't give him ticket and APC didn't too, Rivers east Andrew Uchendu was declared by police result in the Court of appeal; it may sound stupid but verify it. However, pdp has 11 of 13 house of Representatives members, 26 out of 32 house assembly Members. Don't stay far away and be commenting on Rivers issues you no nothing

you're funny though, the same supreme court had earlier told APC, they can't benefit from their stupidity of seeking interlocutory injunction which was granted by court of appeal. The Apex Court told them to go back to River state high court and stop abusing court processes. The Rivers State High Court then nullified the congress and the primaries, which the Court of appeal stroke out the case for refusing the file the Case within 60 days and the case is before supreme court now. Stay of execution is as results of federal high court which bared INEC to recognize APC on the Ballot ;the two factions of APC applied for stay of execution which was granted to the two factions but they still don't have candidates base on the stroke out appeal judgement which is before the supreme court now

that was before the appeal court in port Harcourt give it's rulling to "stay execution" inec either obey the last order or stick to their early stand or wait for supreme court if not, Apc has no candidate in rivers done and dusted.

APC will contest the elections in Rivers state so stop rejoicing over nothing. INEC cannot refuse to obey a valid order of the court of appeal. Go back and read the story very well, the INEC commissioner never said the commission would disobey the ruling. He only said they have not met to take a new decision on the matter. Once they are served with a copy of the judgement, they will obey the ruling.
