Hello house!

I'm an Engineer by profession a Phone and Computer Engineer precisely, I would love to know the possibility of me setting up a shop to run my Engineering business down in South Africa because I was recently grated a six month visa, though I intend on applying for a resident permit once I got there but I would also love to know if I can still set up my shop with my current six months visa.

Your kindly response will be greatly appreciated.

If your visa is a visitor visa, you aren't allowed to work or study. In order words, you can't set up a business (legally) with this category of temporary visa.

Wow. Can you imagine after the long wait? Sorry to hear that bro.
Contact your school about the registration thingy and re-apply if they confirm it is duly registered.

Please, I wish to ask if insurance is needed for south African tourist visa of 7 days. More so, do I need to indicate in my introduction or cover letter the planned itinerary...by that I mean the places I will visit and the days I will do this. Please help as I will be going to Abuja to submit my application. Thanks

To be on the safe side if you can pay better. But some have scaled through PoE with just booking (that's an exception rather than the norm)

I am a first time applicant. Kindly advise on what I should write here.
I am thinking of selecting multiple on the number of entries required and writing 1 year on the part of ‘I would not qualify for a visa or admission into the republic for a period of at least ________’ if I depart from d republic after the expiry date of my visa

Can I use the documents that was notarized in 2015? Part of SA visa requirements is that I notarize my marriage certificate and my child’s birth certificate. I had both documents notarized in 2015 when I applied for Canada visa. Can I still use the same documents? The date on it is 2015
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by Juwohn: 10:21am On Feb 07, 2019
I'm not sure if they really mean notarize.
I think what they want is that you authenticate it and my understanding is that it's only done in Abuja - Foreign Affairs Ministry.
