All of those comments of your yours keep making me laugh ad if those of us here on the thread are not using the same platform to drive as if we are not indigens of this same country Nigeria as if we don't use the same application, as if we don't pick the same riders paying the same amount of money or maybe he's own app surges every time and he picks ghost and spirits always who gives him money on a regular basis.

Idiot telling us he made 45k a day.

You are a very sad man brother grin...so chucmoore used salt and pepper rite? really if I haven't driven on this platform and offered best of services and haven't met some amazing and respectable drivers both on this platform and in person (irrespective of the ridiculously low fares) while riding, I would say the calibre of people e-hailing in Nigeria contracts is below the minimum co-op and sociable IQ...

You always explaining your failure and wont humble yourself and learn...im really concerned for you brother...I feel like you need love grin and I pray you find it.

I wont condescend to your level to have a conversation with you nor quote you again because you belong in the jungle interacting with animals.

Please sir I don't mean no insult to your good person but im only stating my observations steeped from the fact that you cant carry on a mindful conversation without cursing which is very worrisome.

Cheers

Just imagine calling me mumu for leaving a message here about what I want. A lot of y’all here are very uncivilized, I have been on uber/taxify for a long time and it has helped me in a lot of ways in paying bills. Me wanting a fresh tokunbo doesn’t mean I don’t know what I am doing. Anyway i’ll Work even harder and buy it outright in a few months. Better than having to buy a used car not fully knowing the real problems of the car.

The way we judge and condemn people on this thread is really disheartening...brother please lets tolerate and engage ourselves better so we can understand where each person is coming from.

Calling him names wont answer the question nor point him in the right direction. That he doesn't do things the way you assume best does not make him unintelligent nor a "mumu".

That is the problem I have with people on Naira land. Most of the abusive people here are uneducated and lack home training, they are usually quick to insult people

No vex.
You can still get a Toks deal. I think you have 2 options.
1. The same one you mentioned here...paying 100k or about that monthly. However, the person you are dealing with may want to put the car up around 2m+ depending on the real cost of the car. You can also speak to car dealers as you already have 1m which more than half of a 1.6m - 1.8m corolla.
2. Borrow from friends & families and promise to pay back within 6 months or more.

I believe people that have deals for you on this forum will contact you. The 1m you have with you is more than assurance that you are ready & serious.

On what grounds are you judging the young man?

Is it because of his other interests he has as shown on his previous nairaland posts or you people have previous history?

I'm curious

I'm curious

Personally I think its near impossible for a driver to pick up and return car every day...

My little experience while driving shows that it will be difficult if not near impossible to daily return the car..the driver could be on a trip on the island or somewhere else yet expected to return the car to the mainland or vice versa...His trips could be localised around that area or other areas and could even move him further from the drop off point...plus the logistics with dropping off and picking up daily wont make the arrangement feasible

If an investor wants to do this business, please let him/her do it whole heartedly. Allow the driver to work at least schedule inspection biweekly or whatever suits you...There will mos def be stories that touch with daily drop off arrangements... active drivers on the thread will answer better but these are my thoughts and i might be wrong..

Pick up as early as 7 am and drop the car by 10 pm. Provided the partner lives around Ikeja I can always meet up.

Don't allow desperation to push you into what you can't do. Its like you know nothing about ehailing and your claim of being a driver is in doubt.
