Hello friends,
We are starting a new home building for one of us here, we are going to build a beautiful 6 bedroom residential duplex apartment, the details of the project are as follows; 

Project : Construction of a new 6 bedroom duplex apartment 
Location : South East Nigeria  
Client : A nairalander 
Contractors : Tigerkenn Homes Ltd 
Architects: Shelter Konsult (Mastertouch Studios)
Project duration : 90 days 


This information above are for the construction stage of the building only.

Materials for this new building is being procured now, we want to have most of the materials on ground before we start in a few days time.
