I couldn't evn care less about kirin sef...but all rom has bugs.. Maybe a like rom vs like rom with these 2 chipset is a better way to compare. Or u can check anandtech for the direct chipset comparison itself. His pattern of speed test is flawed. Reasons. Some apps aren't on same version...a side by side speed test is a better test than just loading randomly... Who loads app like that... ... Wen u do side by side test, ask why does some app loads faster on one phone and the reverse on another app?...I think one tech gụrụ... Gary Explains... maybe he can help you better, you can check him out on YouTube .... I've given up on speed test long time ago, especially flagship speed test and benchmark. but in midrange, benchmarks and speed test are better correlation in life usage and according to benchmarks p60 is more similar in performance to 660... and if you've noticed speed test no dey reign again... because it's flawed.
As for mediatek, i no like dem but recently they've been trying with p series... But i no go still buy am... .. I no wan hear say after 6 months, my phone dey hang... ... As for running smooth, that's no smooth at all, if u can see the gpu and fps, u would understand say the ghedu never start, just one person moving...that's chys na... Wen u don get like something really graphic intensive, then the gpu go come dey talk... . As at then, it was more the gpu never take the it.
As for 710 being expensive, that's sd fault, that's not my fault or the phones fault, it doesn't make 710 flagship or low end... It's still upper midrange, like wise the p60... ... Mediatek would never beat snapdragon... ... Not with mali gpu... maybe in price point.... But definitely not on same grade performance...

Jus buy the phones with latest chipset.. The p60 is 12nm while the 660 is 14nm...ur next target should be 11nm.. Newer chipset always get more upgrades... And a little modifications... Example.. Sd450 opens fingerprint faster than 625,... But the gpu speaks in 625 favor... And u can see that the 675 is performing like a 710...upgrade don happen... It's 11nm... So it's more efficient than the 12nm p60...na so e just be.... Most of the performances u see in the p60 na the 12nm dey do am.... Try compare am with any sd with 12 or 11nm processor... Na u go run...

As long as they use same chipset irrespective of price, oga they're expected to have similar performance. Differences would kick in other features like battery, camera, lte bands bla bla. It's now up to the buyer to decide is it worth it...
