My baby has dropped for close to a month, just respecting my self by reducing Waka,i couldn't go for anc last week,due to walking issues,I forced my self to church and my waist and soles are on fire.

I went for my antenatal today my BP was checked and they nurse shouted that its too high for my condition 150/80 I was just told to rest well please what can I do to make it reduced back to normal, have been bothered since I came back .

My blood pressure was also quite high..... get a lot of rest and speak to your doctor you'll be probably placed on anti hypertensive drugs that will help you control it
