Do ask for the forgiveness of sins every time before prayers, they will all congratulate you soon because this year is a year God has release mysterious power for women who have been written off to conceive. I've been a silent member of this thread and I have this to say. Pls mothers try to stay on products that don't contain bleaching or lightening agents. I made this mistake. I was using clinic clear...hmmm. Then for drugs. Pls I beg u in God's name, don't self medicate. I remember self medicating on folic acid, I heard its good but it changed my circle from 22 days to 36 days...also pls, no matter what u do, don't give d devil power by thinking your difficulty in trying to conceive is tied to some spiritual attack. The devil almost made me believe I was under an attack. But I kicked that though away from my heart. Again, understand your circle... don't miss your ovulation day. when u start seeing sticky discharge pls BD with DH. On the day the egg will b released in you, if u pay close attention to your body, u will know. On the day ur body releases d egg, u will feel a sharp pain at your side or your lower abdomen. the pls when u feel this, BD... Again, pls refrain from all these things they grind in bottle for u to drink. After trying to conceive for so long, one day I was angry, I pack all d folic acid and threw away, fling my cream in bush...and started living my life normally. I only had sex twice that month and that was the first day I saw d sticky discharge and 2 days later when I felt d sharp pain by my side (showing that I ovulated that day). Just twice, and mommies, I'm pregnant. Sometimes let go and let God. Stop trying and give God the chance to be God. May God cause your wombs to open and bear twins and more in Jesus name.

Hello Dear, folic acid is very good and it is advised that every woman of child bearing age should take at least 4mcg of it everyday, most ones I found around in Nigeria are 5mil, me I take them like that as I read, the body will use what it needs and excrete the rest. folic acid can be used everyday during before, during and after af.
personally, I do not advise you take ovulation drugs on own as you need close monitoring by your doctor when using ovulation drugs, the most popular I know is clomid though
As for solution to scanty af, I really don't have any idea for now

pls, other sabi mams can chook mouth, this vit b6, whats its function and dosage, my dw has tender nipples, a wk to af, and af spots for 2 days, b4 coming out with a vengeance from the 3rd day, her cycle is usually 28/30 days, she get cramps one week to af too, from my research all these points to pms, would vit b6 help, heard of cases where vit b6 distorted some peoples cycles.
