At what point is it necessary involve an Engineer into your building project? Foundation? When running a low budget.

Right from the foundation. If you get it wrong from the foundation ,then that is serious problem.

But in priority sequence as d op is not buoyant to hire an engineer all through. He should ensure he gets one during the foundation stage.

Steel rod(Iron rod or reinforcement bar) today have a new skyrocket price
10&16mm @ N200,000/ton
12mm @ N195,000/ton
Note: Loading & offloading also transport excluded in price stated above.

The super agent know as G8 have done it again, funny to note that price of Diesel is down by 20naira per liter. In the country Nigeria we are just simply selfish & greedy. We are simply our own problem.
