INTROVERT1: The foundation is a pad footing and very coolwith soil with a good bearing capacity.. The beam is a plinth beam it helps to reduce the effective length of the column.. In lay terms.. That beam helps to chain those column together and support loads coming from the top it helps prevent the floor from cracking and helps the foundation against collapse from back fill.. spyder learned some cheap and standard alternatives from u 7 Likes |

Badgers14:Usually very cautious in Asaba, I have a man that buys from Asaba and deliver to me in Onitsha. But he uses small 911 truck , not 30 ton. That is because of the small street in where I was working then. 1 Like |
