Nicw analysis. But I think you are over rating the margin Buhari in Nort West. The way it stands SE/SS Atiky victory would cancel out NW/NE Buhari victory based on Atiku's performance in Sokoto, Adamawa, Taraba like you said. Dont forget, these were no go areas for Jonathan then and Atiku has closed the magin a little in the other areas in NW/NE. Now, if at all there is still any difference of say 1million. Atiku would cover it up with this margin in NC. The south west already marginally Atiku hence he has won. BTW APC would lose Lagos with a small margin too.

I doubt SE margin would change much. Check the ward results from Anambra. Obi easily getting 90% of the votes in his home state yet turnout is barely 30% across the announced wards.
