good evening engineer in the house.

my tecno L9 plus camera just stop working and the flashlight has gone . when you tap on d camera, it will just go blank and it will pop up with "can't connect to camera. please make sure to close other apps that may use camera or flashlight"

I have restart d phone, force stop, clear cache and data. I have also reset permission and check if it cause by third party apps without solution.

plz can someone plz help.

If you are in lagos bring it to ikotun or better still take it to ur engineer to remove the camera and do a Lil cleaning on the connector then connect it back. It will be back.

please somebody help me here. My android phone fell inside water and it repaired (flashed). But since then it has been misbehaving. Sometimes it will switch off on its own. the guy repairing it said its virus that's making it switch off. I am really tired of the wahala. Please who knows how to power it on and avoid this switching off often? Thanks in advance.

put it in rice or garri to help drain the water completely, if it's still misbehaving then take it to Carl care

when u say go off, is it done fone or the data connection? if it is d fone going off, then a flashing customer be the way out, if it's d data dat goes off, it will require a proper check to detect its fault. u can call 09093369607 for assistance.

Check jumia if you should be able to get a screen protector or tempered glass for it. Yes. You can protect the screen long enough. Be extra careful with it. That's the simple truth.

Don't go looking for strong screen guard ooo. Just look for tempered glass. You will be fine. If you had tempered glass on it when it fell, it's the tempered glass that would be affected. So, getting a tempered glass will protect it from further damage incase of another fall and also make you have a smooth pressing experience.
