Gubernatorial will also be a whitewash meaning PDP will have no more funds to operate. That will.put too.much financial strain on Rivers State and Wike and he will switch sides. Atiku is supposed to be a Fulani man from Jada, Adamawa , northeast Nigeria. His not from the southeast. He is not an Igbo man being victimised by a northern rigging machinery.

The results are eloquent. He was rejected by his kinsmen.

No one is fighting for Atiku in Jada or Adamawa. No one in Adamawa is complaining of card reader issues.

But my brothers from Biafra are banging their heads on the wall swearing that Atiku was cheated in his village.

Wike and Secondus all turned out eye bulging figures from their villages. They are now talking about Atiku as if he were a vulnerable child being exploited by adults.

If Atiku was cheated in a state where he employs half of the state's workforce and no one there has raised a murmur , then something fundamental is amiss.

The truth is that Atiku is not a man of his people.

Look at Bayelsa too. Buhari went from 5k to 100k votes in one cycle which shows these people no really send Atiku

For a Fulani man who speaks Fulfulde to not be able to win any NE or NW state then there is more than meets the eye. Unfortunately the party machinery that would have backed and helped Atiku get the numbers in high density NC states like Niger, Benue, Plateau had been compromised.

I know the Igbos were behind Atiku largely because of Peter Obi, he would have been their closest link to power since Ekwueme. Still when push came to shove they didn't even deliver the numbers that would have made this race a tighter one. Like someone alluded. Their front was not even a united one.

Wike and Amaechi can settle easily if people like Tinubu broker peace. They came up together.

Amaechi, Dakuku and Wike are all part of the same cosa nostra and all came together to enthrone Odili as Young Turks. They were all aged 33 and under when they mobilised to seize power for Odili. Wike actually had to.falsify his age by 2 years to allow him contest for Obio Akpor LGA in 1999 cos he was too young to run. They organised all together with Odili to take power. Wike took Obio Akpor which was the largest LGA, Amaechi took the house and Dakuku took Opobo. They were the young Turks who enthroned Odili.

Amaechi was my next door neighbor in Borokiri in the mid-1990s, when he was a PA to Odili. Dakuku lived in his boysquarters then and Wike lived not far away in Town. Then we used to call Amaechi Uncle Uche whilst Dakuku often stops to.play football with us. This was after Abacha had kicked out 3rd Republic civilian Government where Odili had been Deputy Governor. When their chance came in 1999, they all seized it together as a team. On a more personal note, my Uncle brought these guys into politics in 1992, but they dealt with him severely from 1999 onwards.
