Your hubby's count is 14,700,000 which is less than 20, 000,000(the minimum required sperm count ). The morphology(d shape) and motility(ability to move) are ok. So, u need to work on the count. Above all, embrace God for a supernatural conception cos He alone can perfect everything. Many mamas have conceived even wt low sperm count. Once God steps in, conception is sure whether the sperm count is low or not.

The semen quality is supercrazy and great.
Presented with a semen analysis sheet, quickly run through all the other parameters leaving aside count. If the other parameters entered as expected then the count will definitely legit. That's the secret.

You are welcome. You can finish the antibiotics you are placed on before starting any fertility medicine. I think Folic acid is a MUST for all intending mothers. Start taking it. I don't buy the idea of you using Clomid without the doctor's prescription or supervision.

I havent gone to see any Gynae yet but now I want to schedule for HSG tomorrow (which is the 8th day). What other tests can I do this cycle please. Patiently waiting for your responses. Thank you and God bless

N/B: I will appreciate if anyone can recommend a good lab or hospital with affordable prices for the tests in Port Harcourt.

Hello Good afternoon. There is a bit of confusion that besiege me as I type.

Here is the summary of my wife's story

She began to feel some symptoms like nausea,fatigue and something that resembles implantation bleeding. We ran to the hospital to test and her blood tested positive. We came home but her urine tested negative.

Since blood gives a more legit information about hCG, we weren't perturbed about her urine.

But to our surprise, she had her menstrual period the next cycle, that is about 2 weeks time. We rushed back to the hospital to complain. The doctor did an ultrasound scan, but nothing was found. Not even the embryo sac. He asked us to come back after two weeks for another scan, since it might be an early pregnancy.

We rushed back to the hospital when it was about 5weeks, blood still testing positive, urine testing negative, and the scan couldn't pick anything up. I also need to say that she hasn't missed any menstrual period.

What could be likely for all of these?? Please help. The suspense is killing me

Na wa o. Very strange. Did you run all tests in the same hospital or laboratory? If yes, try somewhere else.

Isn't this what they call chemical pregnancy? Or something spiked up her hcg? I'm confused. Hopefully sabi people will shed more light.
