INEC and APC will piss on their khakhi. Card reader will burst all "looted" votes. No matter how you try to reconfigure card readers, you will either end up creating massive discrepancies than you originally had or you damage the records.

Even Kwara results will be faulted. The massive rigging will be busted. I seem to understand why Saraki has been silent. Most states in NW and NE would end up being canceled by the Supreme Court.

Those who say Atiku should not go to court are terrible cowards. The truth is, injustice can never pave way to national growth. Those old politicians and the Generals are only afraid of losing what they have gained by milking the country and some people think their advise for Atiku Abubakar to accept defeat is for the betterment of our dear nation -No! It isn't so.
If they have nothing they are afraid of then they should spare PDP & its presidential candidate their "unpatriotic" counsel. It is a pity we are not catching up with the level of advancement that's going on globally. It is shameful for Nigerians to be suffering and still be pretending as if all is well. We should support whoever wants to go to court for a redress on anything.

Let's say he wins (which is less likely) and the judgement goes like....

"Buhari, oya hand over power to atiku abubakar "

Do you expect Buhari to say..... "Atiku, oya come and collect your position back "

Just like that?

Ok now. The long journey to nothingness has started with a step. Let's watch how it pans out for the desperado

if we want a better country, we must seek a free and fair elections.

This is not about Atiku, it is about fairness. If GEJ had used extreme rigging methods every where in the country, Buhari wouldnt have won the last election.

So, i support this and i also wish for more electoral reforms. It is for our own good. These med are made already, Buhari can never be poor again. His family too. Including Atiku.

But if anyone loves the ordinary masses, we need to look into our electoral system.

Atiku is the one that petitioned, if APC has a case with Atiku's result in certain places, they can proceed to the tribunal. It is their right irrespective of their victory.
As for the election being conducted 20 times and Buhari winning; we can discuss that another day. What the issues is all about now is Atiku wanting INEC to provide all materials used to declare PMB victorious

salford:

But PDP rigged too. If the election is reconducted like 20 times. Buhari would beat Atiku those 20 times in the north. Rigging cannot even close the wide margin of defeat. lol.

A nine-year-old male lion mauled its owner to death in a village in the east of the Czech Republic on Tuesday morning, police said.

“I can confirm the breeder is dead,” regional police spokeswoman Lenka Javorkova told AFP, adding the circumstances of the incident were under investigation.

The 34-year-old breeder kept two lions, a two-year-old female and the male, without the required veterinary licence and in an enclosure built without a permit at the village of Zdechov.

“The police had to shoot the two lions dead. A doctor then declared the owner dead,” said the spokeswoman, adding both animals had been inside the enclosure at the time.

The breeder’s father called the police at 0600 GMT after seeing his son’s motionless body in the enclosure on a security camera.

The man had bred the male since 2016 and the female since last year. Czech media reported that people in the village had expressed concern about the presence of the animals.

Last June, the female lion attacked and injured a cyclist while taking a walk on a leash with its owner

ABUJA—-The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, have filed a motion to compel the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to surrender all the materials that were used for the February 23 presidential election, for inspection.

The motion ex-parte was lodged before the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal on Tuesday.

The Tribunal will conduct its proceedings at the Court of Appeal Headquarters in Abuja.

In the motion ex-parte dated March 4, Atiku and the PDP, applied for leave of the tribunal to allow them to inspect the Voters Register, the Smart Card Reader Machines, Ballot Papers and other vital documents that were used in the conduct of the presidential election.

They equally prayed the tribunal to compel the electoral body to allow their agents to scan and make photocopies of vital documents used in the conduct of the election, for the purpose of establishing alleged irregularities.

The Applicants, through their lawyer, Chief Chris Uche, SAN, told the tribunal that the reliefs sought against INEC was for the purpose of filing and maintaining an election petition they intend to lodge against the outcome of the 2019 Presidential Election.

The motion ex-parte motion was supported with a 12 paragraphed affidavit that was deposed to by one Col. Austin Akobundu, rtd, the director of Contact and Mobilization of the Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Council.

Meantime, no date has yet been fixed for hearing of the motion which has INEC, President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress, APC, as 1st to 3rd Respondents.

Atiku who came second behind President Buhari of the APC, had earlier vowed to challenge the outcome of the presidential election in court, alleging that it was fraught with manifest irregularities.

He maintained that results collated by agents at various polling units across the federation, was at variance with what was eventually declared by INEC, in favour of President Buhari.

Unfortunately, the constitution doesn't recognize the card reader, what it recognises is manual accreditation and the apex court have ruled on this before.
Lets assume that they miraculously recorgnize the scr, elections in ne,nw,se,ss will mostly be affected.the remaining results from sw,nc will still give buhari victory.
Again, for the elections to be cancelled atiku must have substantial evidence from at least 50,000 polling units and from what i gathered he's focusing on less than 5000 units and just a few states which is not enough.its a wild goose chase.

In as much as this is a good move by the PDP towards assessing the credibility of the electronic accreditation process and subsequently proving their case, I feel this is an exercise in futility.

I served as a Registration Area Technical Support (RATECH) Ad-hoc staff during the Presidential Elections and will be doing same for the Area Council Elections in the FCT. We (myself and other RATECHs) configured smart card readers for the Presidential/National Assembly elections and I can say CATEGORICALLY that all SCRs have been reseted and reconfigured for the Gubernatorial/State House of Assemblies/Area Council Elections. Therefore, all information sought can only be found on INEC database where all information on the SCRs were communicated to after the presidential elections.

I can also add that due to lack of proper training of many of the Ad-hoc staff especially the POs and APOs, manual accreditation (against what is contained in tge Electoral Act) were carried out in several PUs spread across several area councils in FCT after the SCR failed. Instead of requesting for a replacement SCR, many of the corp members proceeded with manual accreditation, thereby messing up the whole process yet results were accepted in these places.

It will be a tough case for PDP to prove except INEC grants them access to their database.

@the bolded so Atiku is a direct beneficiary of this unwholesome act. He "WON" the FCT.
