A horrific truck accident left at least five women dead at Alagolo market in Orita-merin, Ibadan, Oyo state capital, on Wednesday, 6th of March, 2019.

According to reports, the truck was coming down the Mapo hill when it crushed the female traders at the centre of the market yesterday.
It was gathered that there were no survivors in the accident as the victims were brought out from underneath the truck.

Olaitan Olatunji, a trader in the market told ADITU that, the heap of sand at scene of the incident as a result of ongoing road construction in area – prevented the victims from being alert of the imminent danger.

She added that the truck was suspected to have had a brake failure while coming down the hill.
The corpses has been taken to an undisclosed mortuary.

is there any government that hasn't tried to do so? Even with provision of shops, they still refuse to take the shops even when they are almost free. Use force and they'll rum and return the moment task force has left.. They don't understand that they re trying to help them.

That's the result of selling wares on the road side..not even enough room for cars to pads...tomatoes and pepper only or your life..
