Have been going through the a3 I bought newly ..it's a nice phone comparing to the price tag .really a beast..I REALLY WANT TO APPRECIATE MIZIK FOR BRINGING THE PHONE DOWN TO ABA .YOU ARE TRUST WORTHY MY MAN... An in no way pinning any fault on u, all am saying is, that could be one of the possible reasons the phone is acting that way, hope u get...

Meanwhile where did u buy the phone and for how long have u had it?

Get ROM from unicommunity forum, follow instructions and you are good to go........

We are not always online at the same time........ If a problem is experienced, i think it's appropriate to try to ask further questions, so root cause could be found and proper assistance rendered........

I flashed a few umidigi phones in my time, i got the ROM from umicommunity forum......

If i can successfully flash a device, anyone can........

i thought you said you downloaded the update from a website?. What was the size?
You may have gotten an A3 with a fake rom or its faulty.
No one here experienced this.
