It is because of the different chemical composition (due to the different locations they are coming from) which in turn causes them to have different densities. They do meet (occasionally when the two different water currents push them in the same direction) but due to those factors I mentioned any little change in water currents that brings those different water bodies into their former positions especially when it is in the direction of their colony.

Find a space that slopes slightly against each other from opposite ends then continously pour water of different density from each end. You will see the similar result of what OP is talking about.
You don't even need to do any experiment to know this has not defiled any law of science thus there is nothing supernatural about it.

What is miraculous about this? The natural process of the phenomena has been explained by scientists.

The phenomena has been observed long before the Quran came, the Bible also mentioned something like this, Aristotle the Greek polymath mentioned something like this, I don't understand what's miraculous here.
