I ordered for Umidigi A3 last week from jumia, after payment was made successfully, and anxiously waiting for the product. Then I got a text that the products is out of stock and yet no refund.

Kindly advice on the next line of action, and can I order and one through you.

If you have other funds to order, while awaiting your refund..... I don't see why not......

But if they are out of stock, no be from the same stock?...

The problem is am still seeing same products on the site that it's still available, even went as fat as trying to make payment.
