It was the presidency giving consent.. read however way you want but it's on record the Judiciary is now in aso-rock left wing.

Don't worry about them.

They would forever be bottom feeders.

Our society is becoming more sophisticated and dimwits are gradually being consigned to perpetual relegation.

Their wailing is a joy .

better we let them wail than allow them to throw the entire nigeria into complete chaos....

i dont understand how anybody can misunderstand that article....

Esseite, Buhari asking tribunal access in law means he is applying to the court to allow his lawyers access to inspect, copy, scan the certified copies of the Election results. If you had for example contested under a party say AD, the news flash will read. Esseite, presidential candidate of AD asked tribunal to grant access to inspect election materials....same thing
Leave Esseite to be grandstanding in ignorance...its written in black and white but its obvious he only commented after reading the misleading headline!!

Is the court not supposed to uphold such order being an election between different parties?

Why must Buhari grant access before such orders are being taken in a democracy and a supposed independent judiciary?

cheesy How can someone be glorying in ignorance?

Will you keep shut. Which consent? Someone is asking the tribunal for permission to inspect election materials like Atiku did and you’re here spewing and twisting rubbish.

A lot of people keep correcting you with evidence and you keep grinding like a broken machine. Has your brain being used?

Shamelessly some ethnic bigots come here to expose their poor education. Those without basic comprension skills should save themselves the embarrassment of commenting on threads on nairaland. Its annoying that its these dullards you see on every thread showing their tribal madness.

Oh my Nigeria...

its a pity we are in the times the Judiciary, the supposed third arm of Govt of the Nation now deems it fit to take authority from the Executive before discharging it's duties...

How low can we go?... where is the pride in training our babies to become lawyers..

Another institution bites the dust.

Apparently you either did not read the report or you don't understand it.

So funny a lot of ppl are reading headlines without reading d content. Buhari is simply doing wht Atiku did by praying d court to grant access.

At least if Atiku finds something in Borno, then Buhari will find his own in Akwaibom. At the end if the day there has to be substantial numbers to pass judgement
