You can still get affordable guest house like 3k per day. Try and search hotels.ng

To change money to dollar or diram from Nigeria, which one is better or one should just leave naira in the account and come and change it in Dubai

Reason I ask is my waec does not have mathematics that's y I studied phlosophy .

The problem is you have to attest your olevel before any other certificate and MOE won't attest with out English and math.
