The best way is to go dere office and fill all required form with ur ID.

I no doubt you. According to their notice, Today is payment date for persons who have processed their e-dividend mandate.

3. Dividend Warrants
If approved, dividend warrants for the sum of N2.50K for every share of 50K (bringing the total dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2018
to N2.80K) will be paid via e-mandate on the 19th of March, 2019, to shareholders whose names are registered in the Register of Members at the close
of business on 8th day of March 2019. Shareholders are advised to forward particulars or their account details to the Registrar to enable direct credit of

receive their dividend payments after the local payment date.

4. Audit Committee
In accordance with Section 359(5) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990, any shareholder may nominate another shareholder for
appointment to the Audit Committee. Such nomination should be in writing and should be forwarded to reach the Company Secretary at least 21 days
before the Annual General Meeting.
5 Rights of Shareholders/Securities' Holders to ask Questions
Shareholders/Securities' Holders have a right to ask questions not only at the Meeting, but also in writing prior to the Meeting, and such questions
must be submitted to the Company on or before the 18th day of March, 2019.
6. Unclaimed Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates
Shareholders are hereby informed that a number of share certificates and dividend warrants have been returned to the Registrars as “unclaimed”. A
list of all unclaimed dividend will be circulated with the Annual Report and Financial Statements. Any member affected by this notice is advised to write
to or call at the office of the Bank's Registrars, Veritas Registrars Limited, Plot 89A, Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos during normal working

7. E-Dividend
Notice is hereby given to all shareholders to open bank accounts for the purpose of dividend payment in line with the Securities and Exchange

There result has been sent to CBN from there to the minister of health.

The federal Government through EXECUTIVE ORDER 7 is about to forfeit #241.6 billion in the form of tax payment relief spread among this 6 companies

China Road and Bridge Corporation Nigeria Limited;
Nigeria LNG Limited;
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc;
Unilever Nigeria Plc;
Lafarge Africa Plc;
Dangote Industries Limited

I arrived at this number as world bank data suggest that it cost $866,000 to construct a kilometer of road,4 of these companies are listed on the NSE, we already know that one of the companies (Dangote) has a construction subsidiary, Two of those are major manufacturers of raw material(cement) for road construction...The major Construction Company in the mix China road and bridge is known for Subsidized road construction when compared to the likes of Julius Berger ..... Pending any unforseen circumstances, I for-see a good 2019 for these 4 companies........

As we chop our 2018 dividends eyes are fixed on the amount these 4 companies will pay as tax starting from quarter 1.......

Most of the roads covered are major roads that leads factories where these companies operate.......

Goverment have a history of inflated road construction budget...........
