I actually managed to buy two domains at $1 each. I was up as early as 5am and I got the two through the new link but afterwards it stopped going telling me there was something wrong with my credit card. I guess I will try again very early today say 1 am or 2am. It was Glo and mozilla browser that worked for me.

I have this lead I got from facebook Initially he offered to pay $100 last week Wednesday and my asking price was $499, so I countered to $350 and gave him good reasons why he should own the domain. He added $25 to is previous offer and also inquired if I have other city+business related domains. I told him unfortunately the name is worth more than $125 so he requested for my best price I said $280 but the message was not delivered since then I guess he wasn't online ever since. So I decided to call him on phone this night he didn't remember who I was but later he did and greeted me warmly he was so happy to hear me on call.

Now the issue is that he said he was considering buying it but not really into domain name acquisition, then I told him if we could conclude the deal I will give him some name as a lot pack and affordable he requested I give tell him the names but I told him I can't recollect them since we have a lot others so he said I should send him the names when I verify them.

I am yet to register them even though I have researched and they are up to 5 available city+keywords. What do I do as I am afraid of buying those names and he may not want any or may fail to purchase, I tried to persuade him so we can make a conclusion on the one I have first but he is not really giving in.

If your keywords are good and of high search value, by all means buy the names. Even if he doesn't buy them all you'd still get to sell them to others as long as they have high search value. But still, not al high search keywords sell. In fact this domain business works when a buyer needs a name, parameters or no parameters.

Go ahead and reg the names as investment for yourself. Definitely other buyers will locate you.
