Normally, he wouldn't mention anything about a niche he is still exploiting. So, when the thread is dormant, he might mention a sale he would have otherwise not talked about at all because he is still exploiting the niche.
I noticed he only does that when there hasn't been any sales report in a while on the thread. When was the last time you saw him do it?

If you are reporting a sale, please state the name, and everyone would rejoice with you, and learn as well. Everyone ends up happy.

You should have waited until you were done exploiting other cities before reporting.

In my own opinion
Manchester is a UK city and will prefer .co.uk, that doesn't mean it wouldn't sell, but might take time.

Arizona domain is perfect.
