A good number of Utd’s players returned back to Carrington after pulling out of up international duty- Matic, Rashford, Martial, and L. Shaw.

Hope they’ll be ready for April.

LoRdCaT:
Quick reminder: Do you guys know that if that fax machine had not been faulty and De gea had gone to Madrid,
1) He would have won 3 CL trophies
2) Multiple La liga
3) He would have been on Fifa team of the year and Uefa team of the year almost every year since that year he almost went to madrid. Other keepers no go see chance at all.
4) He would have a wonderful defence in front of him and this will ensure that he is regarded as the best keeper by a huge margin and no one will be compared to him. Just imagine how good DDG is with our wack defence, now imagine how good he will be with a defence like madrid's
5) His trophy and medal haul will be far greater than it is now. Both personal and teamwise
6) in this generation of inconsistent players, DDG "might" i repeat might have made Fifa, Uefa, balon dor top 5 or even reach the top 3.

There are many more things DDG would have achieved if he had moved to Madrid but staying at Man utd robbed him of all those things. Do you guys think DDG does not bemoan not moving to madrid? Do you guys think he is still not dreaming of madrid? If Ronaldo did not move to Madrid, he may have just 1 CL, moving to Madrid increased it to 5. If Ronaldo didn't move, all the records he broke and set may not have happened. Infact, Ronaldo might not have achieved as many feats as he has without Madrid. So every good player, wants to play for madrid. DDG with madrid will surely retire with more than 5 CL trophies and he would dominate the "best keeper award". With man utd, can we assure DDG of 2 CL trophies before he retires? I saw someone say that we wouldn't miss DDG if he leaves and he said Romero will step up. Romero CANNOT lace DDG's boot. Only a hater will get angry because Pogba said he dreams of playing for madrid, if you like the guy and you wish him well, you will wish the best for him and ultimately, there is no club better than Madrid. So abeg make una leave Pogba. If he had gone to Madrid, he would have 2 CL trophies by now and maybe a spot on the Fifa world 11 and Uefa too. Which player doesn't want this bikonu? All of you should Apumaka oo
without Ronaldo, Real Madrid wouldn't win all those UCL titles. Fact is Ronaldo gave Real Madrid those titles, not the other way round.
Ronaldo would have achieved the same if he stayed in Man United and most certainly more domestic titles than he had with real Madrid.
he would have smashed the total number of EPL goals scored by a player long ago.
total EPL goals scored by a player in a single season.
existing highest total goals scored by a player for Man United would have been in the bins long ago.
his personal feats in the UCL up to this point wouldn't be any less.
yes he'd have been robbed of a few balon d'ors by the corrupt vultures circling UEFA but he'd have decent numbers there still.

My thought is, no comparison between de Gea impact and C.Ronaldo. it's a mile apart, de Gea winning anything there would have been down to Cristiano. CR is a god.

Thing is, now that Cristiano has left Madrid, I doubt if DDG would win all that he could have won had he gone if that fax machine worked fine.

As usual, they have already exited the UCL in R16, just as they always did Pre-Ronaldo, and now they look to Zidane for help lmao. Messi will also keep using them to boost his El Clasico stats, with an aging Ramos who is also hot-headed, their defense is crumbling.
There's a limit to what Modric can do, age too is catching up with him. Bale is a shadow of himself, Benzema keeps being Benzema, Marcelo is aging etc...

Truth is, that all-conquering Madrid team crumbled the moment Ronaldo and Zidane left, but pride and arrogance didn't let majority of their supporters see it.

So, DDG going at this point might actually dent his career because it's a sinking ship. Zidane will try his best by buying galactico quality, but there has to be that one player that will give them back their winning mentality, that will make them see that they're actually Madrid players, not Arsenal or Chelsea players.

That player used to be Cristiano Ronaldo.

Stop posting trash.

Lionel Messi has been ruled out of Argentina's friendly against Morocco on Tuesday "as a precaution" after suffering a groin injury in the 3-1 defeat by Venezuela.

The precautionary nature of the withdrawal means Messi should be fine for Barcelona's Champions League quarter-final first leg against Manchester United on April 10.

bro I no get time for back and forth. Ororo good but saying he gave dem all the UCL is a lie.

If Ramos did not score that header 2014 dey would have lost. There were group stage matches and the likes but no be him give them simple.

2016 zidane came in, the team was heading no where, but baba came and they won 3 UCL, one LA liga you no talk say na him tactics, if it was the other way round you would say ororo came in and things turned.

Ororo was a huge part but saying if he was not there they wouldn't have won any UCL, that he gave them all the UCL. What happened from 2010-13 season, him no play. Why did he not give us in 2009, was he subbed?

Like my statements, these are if statements. But the probability of my statements being reality are higher than yours because of the difference in the quality of Madrid's team and ours. And i was not comparing De Gea's impact to Ronaldo's. I was only trying to show why Pogba should not be overly criticized for saying "Madrid's every players dream" Also, someone was trying to downplay De gea's impact on the team, i was trying to show the person that Romero is nowhere near as important as De gea is to this team. Ronaldo is several levels above the regular world class player, but without quality teammates, he could not have achieved all he did. You would not regard him as a god today if he stayed at United, his transfer to Madrid made sure his Legendary status was secured.

Your logic is heavily flawed, Ronaldo didn't only contribute heavily on the field, rather he also gave them a fighting spirit, he was not and is still not somebody to accept defeat. Check Real Madrid's UCL performance after their 2002 victory till Ronaldo joined that club. He made them fight for the badge, reminded them that they were playing for the best club in the history of football. See the way he acted in the Euro 2016 final, despite getting subbed off due to injury in the early stages, he didn't let that dampen the Portuguese spirit. A player and leader like him is hard to find.
See his WhatsApp chat with Evra just before the 2nd Leg of the Atletico match... a team that was two goals down.

which logic. Let him go to Athletico or inter milan and do it there. Bros football is a team game and Madrid had a great team.

Don't down play what others did in that team simple.

I'm not playing down anything, but what Ronaldo has done for Madrid is very similar to what De Gea has done for ManUtd in terms of impact.

There are other good players, but there is always that standout player people look to when the cards are down. It's unfortunate that in ManUtd's case, a goalkeeper is that player. Even Mourinho insulted Van Gaal for letting a goalkeeper win player of the season, he too came and a goalkeeper still won win player of the season.

Ronaldo was the standout player for Real Madrid.
Messi is the standout player for Barcelona
Hazard is the standout player for Chelsea

That's why they're the most criticized when the team loses..

Recently, Pogba has been stepping into that role, relieving De Gea to an extent.
